Dr. Lydia Picard, PT, DPT

Dr. Lydia Picard went to the University of Central Florida for her undergraduate degree in Health Science and then completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UCF as well. Dr. Picard has diverse inpatient and outpatient treatment experience, primarily in complex neurological, orthopedic, and chronic pain diagnoses. Dr. Picard has additional training and/or certifications in Pilates for rehabilitation, Pilates-schroth based scoliosis management, muscle energy techniques for the upper and lower body, pain science / management, nutritional physical therapy, and intramuscular trigger point release/ dry needling. Dr. Picard uses a whole-body approach when addressing a patient's needs and this has led to fantastic outcome.
